Currently, for one of our clients: a global technology leader focusing on intelligent infrastructure for decentralised energy systems, automation and digitisation of process and manufacturing industries, as well as intelligent mobility solutions for the road and rail transport industry, we are looking for people to fill the position:

HR Operations Specialist with French (m/k) - remote/hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • coordinate the end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries,
  • cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (including payroll provider),
  • respond to payroll queries escalated from HR and/or employees,
  • prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides,
  • answer employees queries about HR-related issues.

Requirements:
  • master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Business, Economics, HR or equivalent,
  • minimum 1 year of experience working within the area of payroll,
  • preferably experience from working in a shared service centre incl. experience with payroll systems and providers,
  • preferably experience from working with different EMEA countries having knowledge about regulations, practices, and cultures across EMEA,
  • fluent in written and spoken English and French language,
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills,
  • fxcellent organizational skills,
  • fxcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines,
  • fxcellent problem-solving skills.
